Hhhhh I’m so frustrated I wanna go see my therapist but I can’t bcs they’re not giving me any more sessions with him and we can’t afford to pay him ourselves
#i dont want to find a new therapist i like doug#i especially dont want to go throught cahms to get one because last time i went therre they took six months to give me the report#and they said i was fine n ghat i was only depressed bcs im trans#n they were like lol ur just trans go to tavistock#honey im trYING#i was on the tavi waiting list for over a year and now im an adult and i dont know if ive been put onto yhe waiting list for the adult one#i get we’re lucky to have the nhs but like the funding for trans stuff and mental health is so bad#the private insurance we are fortunate enough to get from mums work refuse to cover trans stuff ???#the gp had to write to them saying she didnt think my mental illness was connected to my gender so that they would actually help me#like we love some blatant transphobia thx#fuck this ks so frustrating#honestly i am so fucmjng tired of it#im not okay and i want to go see my therapist who actually helps me because i am struggling on my own#n i dont wanna vent to my friends bvs they have their own shit amd i dont wanna worry them#n i cant tell mum bevause she gets worried about me and it effects her#and i cant talkto dad abouy anything bcs of how he is with emotions n stuff#i feel so bad#tbh just wanna kms right now lol#if im dead i dont gotta deal#retail therapy only worked for so long#negative //#i deleted my vent so sorry for depressing on main#my shit posts
